1. Breathing Change:
Dr. Lillian Glass, a behavioral analyst & body language expert who’s worked with the FBI says a change in breath is like a reflex: “They’re out of breath because their heart rate and blood flow change.”
2. Throat Clearing:
It’s a stress response since the moisture usually in the throat goes to the skin in the form of sweat.
3. Eye Pointing:
Some people’s eyes instinctively point to where they want to go like to the nearest exit (escaping the situation).
